HT03 is a thermoplastic film, it is suitable for a variety of materials , it can stick to materials after one or more times melt by hot temperature,after hot melting and quickly cold speed feature make it use to various high speed production. It has excellent adhesion to textile,plastics(PET, PVC, PC etc),metals(iron,aluminium,copper etc),paper and so on.This product is resistant 60℃ washing.

A. Fetures:
Acid and alkali resistance, excellent in water wash and dry wash, eco-friendly, cold resistance, antisepsis, low melting temperature, double sides adhesiveness, gloss surface, strong adhesiveness, short curing time, absolutely transparent.

B. Applications:
a. Used in bonding various embroidered patch, printing trademark, PVC and leather.
b. Used in bonding various plastics, like: PE and PP etc.
c. Spinning, fabric and leather compound.
d. High-frequency voltage or hot press to plastics and PVC trademarks.
e. The hot melt adhesive film is used in heat transfer printing, hotfix rhinestone, hotfix motifs and flocked.
f. Sticking with car mats and carpet. It can be bonding the clothing trademarks or plastics trademarks to car mats or carpets.
g. Supplying low temperature hot melt adhesive film and others who used in seamless underwear, clothing zipper, and tongue labers.
h. Supplying halogen-free flame retardant hot melt adhesive film, it main used in bonding aluminium foil sheet and mackintosh.
i. Using to epaulets, print roller, stick with metal and ABS or others plastics, sealing IC cards.
j. Heat pressing tablet PC , phone case and Electronic slipcase.
